Guardian’s statement for learning at work abroad

Estimated reading: 2 minutes

A vocational student has the opportunity to apply for learning at work abroad. Familiarize yourself with Omnia’s requirements and guidelines for international learning in working life (omnia.fi).

The student fills out the application form in Wilma. If the student is a minor, the guardian must go and express their opinion in the learning at work period in Wilma. Without the guardian’s statement, the student’s application will not proceed to the processing of International Services.

After the minor fills out the application form in Wilma, the guardian will receive an e-mail notification of the dependent’s application. The guardian logs into Wilma and marks their opinion on Wilma’s form.

In Wilma the statement form can be accessed under Notifications, or by looking for the menu Applications and decisions in Wilma’s blue top bar (can be found behind the three dots).

1. Go to the application’s content by clicking on the name of the application:

2. Use the form under the Forms link by clicking it:

3. Fill in the required fields in section Guardian`s statement and save the document.
